Pull chain, 1/8" cap with set screw.
Boxed.
Meets all UL496 requirements.
Caps threaded 1/8"-27 I.P.S fit standard lamp stems.
Pendant caps accommodate 3/8"-diameter cords.
Set screw prevents rotation of socket.
620 dimmer had full-range control from zero to full brightness and rotary on/off switching.
250 watts, 250 volts.
